Yes, we ship worldwide. 

Note: The rates are different for the products being shipped outside India.

India: We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

International: Worldwide shipping is free but duties & taxes are additional and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

  • All our carpets are individually handmade for you and timelines vary depending on the technique. The estimated manufacturing time can be checked on the product detail page.
  • To be more sustainable, we prepare our stock only in small batches. In case we have your order in stock we aim to dispatch it after 5-7 business days. The estimated delivery time may be different depending on your location. The tracking ID will display the number of days it will take to reach your address.
  • We will try our best to send your carpet as early as possible.

We will send you regular updates while your carpet is being manufactured via email. The Tracking link will display your order status once despatched. You will be notified 1-3 days before delivery by the delivery company to decide a time slot that will suit you. If you have other questions, contact us on post@mareenlines.com

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:-

1. Email order confirmation
2. Text message order confirmation
3. An email is also sent once your order is shipped which contains the tracking ID

There can be delays in delivery due to weather conditions as carpets require the right temperature to dry after the washing process. We will keep you informed in case of any delay.

Except in India there are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, this must be documented by you immediately and reported to Mareen Lines within 24 hours of receiving your product. Inspect the package properly before receiving the item and signing the consignment note. In case of damage, please ask the driver to report the damage on the delivery note before you sign it, and make sure to get your copy.

Before you sign the consignment note check the inner packaging that the product arrived in. In the event of damage, ask the driver to add this information the delivery note before you sign it.

Send the following to Mareen Lines within 24 hours after receiving the item:

  • Picture of the outer and inner packaging
  • Picture of the consignment note from the carrier
  • Picture of the product and its damage
  • Text that describes your case

Important: Please keep the original packaging and do not use the product until further notice.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing, starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us. The shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Mareen Lines shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond control of Mareen Lines.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Mareen Lines reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Mareen Lines has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
