MAREEN is an intercultural art-design collaboration between Sharmeen Attarwala and Martina Voigt- Schmid, dedicated to handmade carpets that create a joyful living experience. In our design language, we explore elements that touch the roots of what unites people from different cultures.
We at Mareen interweave art and design techniques to create one-of-a-kind handmade carpets. Adapting a collaborative process that works closely with artisans in India, the carpets are made using high-quality materials and skilled weaving techniques.
