India: We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

International: Worldwide shipping is free but duties & taxes are additional and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

We will send you regular updates while your carpet is being manufactured via email. The Tracking link will display your order status once despatched. India: Yes, the prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

International: There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery.

No, at the moment, there is no EMI option available.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

We do not accept returns as all our carpets are custom-made and our craftspeople put in days of hard-work to prepare your special rug.

To cancel or change your order please submit your request with your order number on the given link below within 24 hours of placing the order on our website.

Cancel Order  

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 5 -7 business days through the original mode of payment.

Refund is processed through the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Yes ! We can customise a carpet as per your size requirements. Carpets with unique compositions can be customised within the same proportion, where as simple repeated patterns can be made to the size you wish for.

Yes we offer free design assistance to our customers. You can simply go to the Design Assistance page and fill the survey. Our designers will review your space and suggest the best carpet for your interiors based on their expertise.

CARPET QUALITY

Shedding is normal for a new carpet and should reduce within a month or two. Depending on the making technique, during the first period, the carpet can shred quite a bit and is not a manufacturing fault. The best way to get rid of this is to vacuum regularly. After a while the shedding decreases but it’s important to know that it will never stop completely.

Yes, the carpets showcased on our website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device’s screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual rug and its website image.

Our carpets are made using the highest quality of materials and skilled techniques, making the very resistant. Like with all handmade carpets, they require you to take gentle care of them to have a longer life. You can learn more about carpet maintenance on our Care Instructions page.

Each of our carpets go through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit or you notice a manufactory defect within the warranty period then refer to the links below.
